Our two service levels – Basic and Full – cover the needs of most vehicles, being more comprehensive than manufacturer-based servicing specifications. You should ideally alternate between them every 12 months / 12,000 miles or so, but of course, every vehicle is individual so if you’re not sure which service level to go for, we’ll sort it all out with you when you come in. If your vehicle is still in its manufacturer warranty period, we’re happy to carry out a service to the specifications required to keep your warranty intact.
